We provide a proposal that includes a pre-determined amount of general counsel services each month in exchange for a fixed monthly fee. If you do not use your full legal allotment each month, the unused portion rolls over to the next month, so you can confidently budget for upcoming months with no surprises. If your needs begin to exceed the agreed-upon amount, we will work with you to collaboratively develop a new budget. We also provide discounted rates for legal services outside the scope of the general counsel services.
