What this site collects

When you submit the contact form, the site collects your name, email address, company name (optional), and the text of your message. The form also records the IP address of the submitting connection for fraud-prevention purposes. The site does not collect any other personal information, and it does not collect anything if you simply browse without submitting the form.

Where it goes

Form submissions are stored in a Supabase database. Supabase Row Level Security is configured so that the public-facing anonymous key can only insert records — it cannot read, update, or delete them. Only the firm, using a server-side service-role key, can read the leads table. Supabase is SOC 2 Type II certified and stores data on servers in the United States.

Email processing

When a form is submitted, Resend sends a notification email to info@mblegalpllc.com. Resend receives the same form fields (name, email, company, message) to deliver that notification. Resend is SOC 2 Type II certified and has a Data Processing Agreement available at resend.com/legal/dpa. No email marketing list is maintained. The notification goes only to the firm, and no marketing system receives your data.

How long the firm keeps it

Lead records are kept only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and any follow-up. You can ask the firm to delete your record at any time (see below). If an inquiry becomes a formal engagement, the resulting matter records are retained separately, per the professional rules that govern client files.

Analytics

This site uses Plausible Analytics. Plausible does not set cookies. It does not store IP addresses. It does not link visitor data to individuals. Traffic counts are aggregated and privacy-preserving by design. No cookie consent banner is required because no cookies are set. You can read Plausible's data policy at plausible.io/data-policy.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Vercel. All traffic is HTTPS-only. Vercel may retain standard server logs (request timestamps, IP addresses, response codes) for operational and security purposes consistent with its own privacy policy at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

No third-party tracking

There are no advertising pixels on this site. No session-replay tools run here. Your data is not sold, shared with marketers, or used for any purpose other than responding to your inquiry and maintaining the site. The firm does not run remarketing campaigns.

Requesting deletion

If you submitted the contact form and want your record deleted, email info@mblegalpllc.com with your name and approximate submission date. The firm will confirm deletion within a reasonable timeframe.
