Accessibility Statement
Last reviewed: May 2026
Our standard
MB Legal, PLLC targets conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA for this website. That standard covers a broad range of recommendations for making web content more accessible to people with disabilities, including those with visual, auditory, cognitive, and motor impairments.
Ongoing work
Accessibility conformance is an ongoing commitment, not a one-time audit. Some barriers may exist that the firm has not yet identified. When barriers are found โ whether by the firm or reported by a visitor โ the firm addresses them as part of regular site maintenance.
How this was audited
Last audited: September 2026. The audit ran axe-core 4.10.2 against the WCAG 2.0 and 2.1 Level A and AA rule sets, together with Lighthouse's accessibility category, across nine representative pages: the homepage, the attorney profile, the contact form, this page, the Insights index, a practice area page, the MBLegalOS section, a blog post, and the privacy policy. Every page returned zero axe-core violations and a Lighthouse accessibility score of 100. Automated tools catch a significant portion of WCAG issues but do not cover every criterion, and this audit did not include testing with a screen reader or other assistive technology.
Reporting a barrier
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on this site, please report it through either of these channels:
- Email: info@mblegalpllc.com
- Contact form: mblegalpllc.com/contact
When reporting, describe the barrier and, if possible, the page where you encountered it. That information helps the firm reproduce and address the issue quickly.
Response commitment
The firm responds to reported accessibility barriers within a reasonable timeframe and works to resolve them as part of the site's regular maintenance cycle. The firm does not guarantee that every barrier can be fixed immediately, but it takes accessibility reports seriously and acts on them.
